• Account information — email address and name when you sign in with Apple or Google • Profile data — height, weight, age, gender, dietary preferences, allergies, health goals, and activity level

• Usage data — recipe feedback (likes/dislikes), favorites, daily check-in responses (mood and energy level), and craving selections

Information collected automatically:

• Analytics — anonymous usage events via PostHog to improve the app experience. No personally identifiable information is shared with PostHog.

• Device information — device language and country (used to personalize recipes and measurement units)

Information we do NOT collect:

• We do not collect precise location data

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

• We do not use your data for advertising

We use your information solely to:

• Generate personalized daily meal plans and recipes • Learn your taste preferences to improve recipe suggestions over time

• Adapt recipes to your calorie targets, dietary needs, and current mood/energy • Process your subscription via Apple's App Store (managed by RevenueCat)

• Improve the app through anonymous analytics
